LG Electronics Development Vietnam (LGEDV) focuses on eco-friendly automotive components.\u00a0<\/i>We\u00a0<\/i>conduct core R&D activities, and various product reliability tests in support of our vehicle component business.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

LGEDV is seeking an excellent member to be a part of our DA Team.<\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 *<\/i>\u00a0\u00a0Your main responsibilities will be:<\/span><\/p>\n

– Assist in general office administration operation, arrange logistics (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, and related arrangements);<\/span>
\n– Maintain records of administration and logistics-related documents (invoices, receipts, other related documents) to be submitted to the Accounting part;<\/span>
\n– Interface with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions;<\/span>
\n– Take care of facility management and maintenance, office supplies, relation to service providers, cleaning and housekeeping services;<\/span>
\n– Support tasks related to government affair (Visa & work permit for B.O.D\u2026)<\/span>
\n– Support to organize company culture activities (teambuilding, staff trip, monthly birthday\u2026) and company meetings;<\/span>
\n– Any other relevant responsibilities as requested by Line Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

REQUIREMENTS<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n

– Bachelor degree preferred in Administration Management, Finance, Accounting;<\/span>
\n– 0-3 years of working experience in office\/ administrative management in foreign-owned company;<\/span>
\n– Good English skills;<\/span>
\n– MS office proficiency;<\/span>
\n– Detailed-oriented & high sense of responsibility;<\/span>
\n– Can-do attitude and good team-work.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
